SciTech North’s “Excellence in Innovation” awards are October 2nd, but Executive Director Lori Ackerman says nominations are still open.
This is the third year for the awards, which celebrate exemplary people, practices and or programs here in Northeastern BC. There are seven categories to nominate under, including Youth and Innovation, Technology Application in Business, and Innovation at Work.
Ackerman says the Excellence in Innovation awards are recognized by industry across the province.

Nominations for the award close the week of September 22nd. Forms for those wishing to nominate someone are available at Sci-Tech North’s website.
