Local RCMP are seeking your help in locating the person or persons responsible for the theft of about $10,000 worth of metal wall siding.

They say it was taken Saturday night or early Sunday morning from a location in the 9300 block of 111th Street. About 60 sheets of 3′ wide tan-coloured siding are missing, which vary in length from 20′ to 24′.

It is commonly used in shop or warehouse construction; in this case enough was stolen to side about 220′.

Police say a trailer or large truck would have been required to move it and they’re taking public information assistance calls, at 250-787-8140 or 1-800-222-8477.
