There were a couple of Enerplex construction footnotes, at last night’s city council meeting.
First, it was confirmed the contract for the refrigeration plant has been awarded, to Fraser Valley Refrigeration.
It will represent three point five million dollars, of the final construction cost.
Meantime, recent rumors about delays in obtaining steel have been addressed, by the Director of Protective Services.
Jim Rogers says the final allotments of steel began arriving this week and, the rest are on the way.
