A Fort St. John woman is among the 3 people who died in a two vehicle crash near Williams Lake on Friday. Twenty-two year-old Catriona Friesen was killed when her Honda Accord crossed the centre line and collided with a pickup truck towing a trailer.
There was a 15 year-old male in Friesen’s car who was also killed, whose name has not yet been released. The driver of the pickup survived the crash, although his 78 year-old passenger, Rose Closson of Louis Creek, BC, later died in hospital.
Though it is not believed that alcohol was a factor, the RCMP continue the investigate the incident.
