A man is facing charges after a woman died from stab wounds in northeastern Alberta.
RCMP Beaverlodge say they answered a 911 call at a home in Wembley on Saturday evening.
When they arrived, they found a 30 year-old woman outside the home with numerous cuts to her upper body.
She died in hospital in Grande Prairie.
Police arrested a 32 year-old male known to the dead woman, whose name has not been released.
The man was in custody Sunday and charges are pending.
