The father accused of murdering his three young children in Merritt, earlier this year, has another court appearance set for today. Allen Schoenborn will be in Kamloops court; it will mark his first appearance in person since he was charged with the April 6th murders. In addition to first degree murder, the appearance will also deal with charges of escaping lawful custody and uttering threats.

Meanwhile, a 17 year old Edmonton boy who faces a second degree murder charge, is expected to be back in court in Fort St. John one week from today. He’s currently being held in juvenile detention in Prince George, charged with the May 18th stabbing death of a 17 year old Edmonton girl whose body was found by the RCMP in a Fort St. John apartment.
