The Fort St. John Fire Department continues to investigate a fire at an apartment complex on 92nd Avenue. The Fire broke out around 3pm Monday afternoon at 8407 92nd Ave. The fire affected the second building in the 3 building complex.
Thankfully no one was injured and everyone was evacuated, including a family cat. Constable Jackelynn Passarell gave this update from the scene….
The fire was reported as a barbeque fire and it sounds like the fire started on the outside of the apartment Building. In total 15 adults and 2 children are without a place to stay tonight. We’ll have more information as it becomes available.
