The Canada Revenue Agency is offering free tax seminars for business owners in this area. The governmental agency will be holding tutorials for new and, existing business owners, on how to administrate the GST and PST. The classes will take place in Dawson Creek, Fort St. John, Chetwynd, and Tumbler Ridge, on successive nights from July 9th till the 11th. Locally, the seminar is scheduled from 8am to noon on the 10th, at the Super 8 Hotel and, the registration deadline is today. Prior to that at the same location, there will also be a seminar on the 9th, from 1 to 5pm, on tax issues specific to the oil and gas industry.
