Police searching for stolen survey equipment
Dawson Creek RCMP are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a Topcon Hyper Plus GPS receiver.
The receiver was stolen from an area around the 206 road south of Dawson Creek between 2:45 p.m. an d 6:45 p.m. on Aug. 23.
The dome like square is 20 cm by 20 cm and is approximately 13 cm high.
It was mounted on a tribrach and tri-pod and can only be used by surveying companies.
Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact the Dawson Creek RCMP at 250-784-3700.
