Hello all you wonderful animal lovers out there! The North Peace SPCA is holding it's annual Paws for a Cause (walk for the animals) again this weekend starting at Centennial Park. The walk begins on Saturday, September 10th at 1pm (this date is different than on the BCSPCA's site) and all you have to do is show up a little before that to register.
Our walk begins at the park, and ends at the North Peace Care Centre, where dogs and people can stop for a rest and water break before heading back to the park for some food, face painting and a few games, too.
All dogs must be on leashes, under the owner's control at all times. Please make sure your pets are up to date with their vaccinations, as there will be lots of other dogs there! As usual, there will be some fun prizes for the best costumes (dress up yourself and your pooch for a chance to win), highest amounts raised, and other categories.
