After a successful week one, the Fort St. John Arts Council is preparing for its second and final Fort St. John Arts Market Association event, showcasing the work of various of local artists.

The art shows will be featuring local artists such as Nina Elias with Steampunk Accessories, as well as Lisa Bergman with Unique, Earth Friendly Jewellery, just to name a couple.

Artists will be allowed to sell their creations, while also showcasing the creative process behind the various forms of art.

Other local artists are more than welcome to participate, as the event welcomes painters, sculptors, jewellery makers and any other artistic creations.

The cost to participate is only $10 per table, with the program requiring no commission on sales.

The second event will be held at the ArtsPost, located at 10320 94 St. and will run on August 25, taking place from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m.
