Another $5.2 million in building permits were issued last month, bringing the year-to-date total to almost $34 million. Overall 19 permits were issued, including 18 for garages or renovations and nine for single family homes.
Those single family homes are valued at $2.9 million and $167,000 for renovations. Six permits were also issued for mobile homes and 4 for duplexes.
The $34 million in permits as of the end of June 2012, puts us ahead of last year by almost $12 million dollars, once you remove the one time permit for the new hospital.
